Web Works ("we," "us," or "our") collects information solely when you voluntarily submit technical specifications via our scoping forms, email our engineering desk, or enter into a development contract. This includes project scope details, staging server SSH/FTP credentials (held strictly inside encrypted Vault clusters during active sprints), and technical contact emails. We do not run aggressive tracking scripts or sell telemetry data.
Engineering Pledge: We collect zero invasive analytics, zero advertising profiles, and never share client scoping notes with third-party vendors.
Information submitted is utilized strictly to engineer, deploy, and maintain your software systems. Client repository tokens, API keys, and database connection strings are protected using AES-256 encryption. Upon project completion and final sign-off, all temporary development credentials are purged from our active build environments.
Vault Isolation: Staging keys are isolated in temporary environment files (`.env.local`) with strict read-only access restricted to active project engineers.
Our applications load performance-critical assets via globally distributed CDNs (e.g., Cloudflare, jsDelivr, Google Fonts). These enterprise providers may log anonymous edge requests (such as origin IP and SSL handshake metrics) in accordance with their strict SOC-2 compliance policies to shield our infrastructure against DDoS attacks.
Under GDPR, CCPA, and our own engineering ethics, you retain absolute ownership of your intellectual property. You may request full export, rotation of access keys, or complete erasure of any historical scoping logs or communication records at any time by emailing our compliance team directly.
